Mountain and gorge view studio units can accommodate 4 with a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Studios have kitchen, washer/dryer and private patio. Photos and PDF are examples of units, not a particular unit.

Spacious condo styled units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and either have views of the Blue Ridge Mountains or overlook the 72 par golf course at Olde Beau. Photos and PDF are examples of units, not a particular unit.

Rental Agreement & Policies

Cancellation Policy

30 days prior to date of reservation there is no charge

15-29 days will be charged 20%

14 days or less will be charged 100%

Damages

Guests are responsible for any broken or missing items. All units will be checked and the responsible party will be charged accordingly to cover the damages. A credit card must be on file during your stay to cover damages and any other applicable charges relating to your stay.

Phone Calls

Keep in mind that some cell companies do not work in the mountains. All long distance phone calls must be made collect or with a credit card.

Check In / Out

Check-in is from 2:00 - 5:00. Arrangements must be made prior to day of arrival if you need a later check-in. Check-out is no later than 11:30 am. Late check-outs will be charged an extra day's lodging. If an extension is needed, it must be authorized in writing by the Administrator of Sales or General Manager.

Lost Keys

There will be a $5 charge per key for unit keys not returned. There will be a $50 charge for fitness center keys not returned.

No Smoking

There is no smoking in any of the lodging units at Olde Beau. Violation of the non-smoking policy may be grounds for eviction and/or fine.

Losses/Inclement Weather

Olde Beau Golf and Country Club is not responsible for any losses during your stay and inclement weather is not a reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
