Membership at Olde Beau
Membership at Olde Beau offers a world of opportunities from a mountain golf course rated 4 1/2 stars by Fodors to wonderful Clubhouse dining to fun Member activities throughout the year. Looking for a
future retirement community or a great weekend club? The members
at Olde Beau find any reason to meet and mingle whether it is a
foursome for dinner, Twilight Golf or the annual Member-Guest
weekend. Olde Beau offers many amenities including a recreation center with tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, a
fitness center and 7 miles of hiking trails. With a number of younger members, Olde Beau is a family friendly country club.
MEMBERSHIP SUMMARY
FULL MEMBERSHIP Use of all club facilities including dining room; Green fees and tennis
included; Tee times five days in advance
Initiation Contribution $15,000 Annual Dues $1800 or $150/month
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP Benefits same as full membership; Must have at least two
designated members; such members may be changed once a year with a transfer fee
Initiation Contribution $15,000 Annual Dues $1800 per member or $150/month per member
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP: Use of all facilities including dining room except golf
Initiation Contribution $7500.00 Annual Dues $750 or $62.50/month
Social Memberships at subject to a $50 food minimum for the months of June, July, Aug. & Sept.
Olde Beau Golf Club will finance any of the above memberships over a three (3) YEAR period with no finance charges added. A payment of $5,000.00 for Full or Corporate Membership, or $2500.00 for
Social Membership, must accompany the application. The two (2) annual installments will be billed
on the anniversary date of the membership approval.
*All memberships are Non–equity & Non-transferable and are considered of No Monetary Value.
